Mandrel Pipe Bending

Maverick Manufacturing has in-house mandrel bending capabilities to ensure that all of our exhaust and intake products have optimized flow. In addition to bending, Maverick Manufacturing is also able to cut and bump pipe to nearly any size needed for automotive application.

Maverick Manufacturing creates all pipe bends and welds in house to guarantee the high level of quality that we’re known for.

CNC Machining

Some of our most used pieces of machinery are our CNC machines. These machines are used for everything from motor mounts to flanges and all products in between. Our CNC machines are constantly being used to create our product line and bring the highest level of quality to our customers.

Laser Cutting

Our laser cutting machinery enables highly precise cutting, shaping, and reaming. Fabrication is our specialty and along with our fleet of CNC machines, our laser cutters stay busy bringing high quality machine parts to our customers.

Our Story

Maverick Manufacturing started out as a dream of two engineers at University of Maryland in 2003. With hours of odd jobs, bartending, and working every possible second, Josh and Anthony purchased their first piece of equipment. Armed with an old CNC machine, the two started working on creating high quality machine parts for automotive platforms.

After many revisions, different attempts at finishes, and hours converting a card driven CNC machine to GUI; they were able to release their first ever self-branded mount. Once this product was created, they kept looking for more and more platforms that they could break into. From the onset, the idea was to always manufacture products in the United States.

Over fifteen years later, the two are still working on creating serious performance from serious engineering. Now the company has expanded to 20 employees and a combined 300,000 square feet of warehouse space aimed to engineer, manufacture, private label machine parts. The numbers may have changed, but we’re still a small company focused on USA manufacturing with the highest possible quality.
